Do You Do Custom Orders?
Yes! We do. All of our printing is done in house and we can accommodate custom requests. We offer full color, direct to garment printing services. Please contact me for details.
Do You Print With Vinyl Or Decals?
No, we do not. 99% of our items are direct to garment printed right here in our facility in Update NY. Some of our more popular designs are screen printed.
Do You Accept Returns Or Exchanges?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns are always no questions asked, hassle free. We refund all items upon return. You may then repurchase a different size and color if you wish to do so. This is how we handle all exchanges and returns. We apologize if this is inconvenient, but this is the fastest, most efficient way to get an exchange as your purchase creates an open order within our system.

Do You Print Your Own Orders?
Yes! All of our items are printed right at our facility in Upstate NY. We are a small, family owned and operated business, so you can rest assured your order is given the attention to detail it deserves.

I Like A Design But Don't See The Style I Want
Contact us!! We can print any of our designs on any style we carry except tote bags. Please contact us prior to purchase so that we may provide a quote as well as create a custom listing for you for an additional fee.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We try to ship all orders the following business day. In many cases, we can get items out same day if the order is placed before 12pm EST. During busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, shipping can be slightly delayed by 2-3 days. If you need something in a flash, please contact me prior to purchase.
Can I get something printed on the back?
Yes, but contact us before purchase, we can't add details after an order is placed. There is an additional fee for rear printing.
